My Story
McSignsInterpreting, a reputable British Sign Language Interpreting business, has been serving clients across the UK and Europe for over 5 years and I have been involved with the D/deaf community since 2015. I provide top-quality interpreting services in arts, culture, education, health, business sectors and more. I specialise in freelance bookings, conferences and performance work.

I graduated from Heriot Watt University British Sign Language, Interpreting, Translating and Applied Language Studies course with a First Class MA Hons Degree.
I have provided training for SCOSLI members on "The Models of Interpreting" and "GDPR implications within Banking Services when Deaf Customers are using BSL interpreters". I have also been published in ALSI's NEWSLI magazine.

I am registered with The National Register of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People (NRCPD) and hold valid membership with the Association of Sign Language Interpreters (ASLI) and Scottish Collaborative of Sign Language Interpreters (SCOSLI).
I am covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. I also hold a valid PVG and enhanced DBS, all of which are available upon request.
